With 165 apartments, many of which are not owner-occupied, there is inevitably a degree of anti-social behaviour. However our CCTV coverage of the building is helping to reduce this by enabling the identification of offenders and the recovery of costs where appropriate, eg. cleaning. This programme is ongoing.
